“He left you,” and you should be thanking him, because he was always going to! He did you a favor by walking away from you now. He could have stayed, for awhile that is, you should be thankful, that he didnt. If he had stayed, think of all the lies and broken promises you never had to bear, all the weak made up excuses for why he wasn’t there when he promised he would be, think of all of the doubt and disappointment you would have endured.
