Homemade Peach Pie

Homemade peach pie, don’t throw away your peaches just because they are getting a little long in the tooth. Peel them, if they have some bad spots, a little brown spot is fine. After peeling rinse and cleaning up your peaches. Add some sugar and a little flour to the peaches and the juice from a small lemon. It brings out the peach flavor. Mix and set aside. Make your pie crust, many recipes availible online. I use crisco, myself. And I will add a little sugar and some baking powder with my flour for a light, flaky and sweet crust. Rool.out on a pie crust mat spray pie dish with an olive oil mister fold rolled dough and carefully place in your pie dish. Trim excess and use with left over dough and roll out for top crust. Make vent cuts in top crust. I make a P for peach Bake in a 325 preheated oven until crust edges are slightly browned and a tooth pick pushed into pie fillings comes out clean let cool add ice cream and enjoy
